Overview

  • My work on print design at YouDecide focused on creating cohesive, strategically driven materials that balanced clear, purposeful messaging with refined visual execution. The objective was to extend the brand consistently across physical touchpoints, ensuring print assets supported broader campaign goals while remaining adaptable across formats. By considering audience context and usage, I designed print ads, ebooks, gift cards, and event materials that improved clarity, reinforced brand recognition, and elevated the overall quality of the brand’s offline presence.

Print Ads

eBook

 The ebook was redesigned to be clean, engaging, and highly readable, with a modular layout system built for scalability. This template was rebranded and reused across more than 30 Fortune 500 clients, enabling consistent, high-quality distribution to employees while maintaining each organization’s brand colors and logos.

Gift Cards

The gift cards were designed as a premium, on-brand takeaway for events, supporting employee rewards and recognition for Fortune 500 clients. It also served as a direct entry point to the platform, driving increased employee engagement post-event.

Events

 I led the design and execution of event table booths, overseeing everything from vendor sourcing to production and logistics. This included coordinating materials and ensuring all assets arrived on time and on location, resulting in cohesive, well-presented booth setups that reinforced the brand and supported successful client-facing events.

The objective was to support internal initiatives through print materials that felt intentional, inclusive, and consistent with the firm’s established brand standards. I contributed to a range of internal print pieces, including the firm’s DEI magazine and physical materials for internal events, ensuring each asset was designed with audience context, readability, and longevity in mind.

  • This work supported broader internal engagement efforts by reinforcing key messages through well-crafted print touchpoints, helping create meaningful, tangible experiences that complemented digital communications and strengthened connection across the organization.

Unstoppable Magazines

I designed Issues 8 and 9 of Unstoppable, an internal magazine centered on highlighting employee stories and organizational initiatives. I worked directly with the head of the DEI team to collaborate on cover concepts and overall layout direction, ensuring each issue visually reflected the publication’s goals while remaining aligned with brand standards. The design focused on clean, engaging layouts with strong editorial hierarchy, balancing storytelling, readability, and visual consistency. Across both issues, the result was a cohesive publication experience that supported internal engagement and reinforced key messages through print.

Events

I led the design of event signage systems created to guide employees through large-scale internal events. The work focused on clear hierarchy, legibility, and consistency, ensuring wayfinding was intuitive while remaining fully aligned with brand standards. These materials helped create a seamless on-site experience, allowing attendees to navigate the event confidently and efficiently.

The packaging design focused on clearly communicating product value while capturing Anki’s playful, innovative brand personality. I developed layouts that balanced bold visuals with concise messaging, ensuring key information was easily scannable at shelf level. The design was created to perform in retail environments, reinforcing brand recognition, supporting purchase decisions, and creating a cohesive unboxing experience that extended the product story beyond the shelf.

In Store Signage

The in-store signage was designed to create a cohesive and engaging retail experience that supported product discovery and brand recognition. I developed both static signage and animated video displays, ensuring visual consistency across formats while using motion to capture attention and communicate product features quickly. The system was designed to be clear, scalable, and adaptable across retail environments, helping guide customers through the space and reinforcing Anki’s presence at the point of sale.

  • My print work for Hornblower Cruises focused on driving ticket sales by appealing to both local audiences and visiting tourists across a range of cruise experiences. The objective was to create print materials that clearly communicated the value of each offering while adapting the visual language to suit different cruise types. I designed print assets that shifted in tone and execution depending on the experience, using a more formal, refined approach for dining and dinner cruises, and a lighter, more playful direction for sightseeing, brunch, and holiday cruises.

The corporate fitness benefits brochure for Jessi McMaster was designed to position her services as a compelling employee wellness offering for client organizations. The piece focused on clearly communicating program value, outcomes, and flexibility, while maintaining a polished, professional tone suitable for HR and leadership audiences.
